Local Entrepreneurs to be Honored
Twenty–three local entrepreneurs will be honored in the 15th Annual Entrepreneurial Excellence Awards hosted by the Daily Herald Business Ledger and their sponsoring partners. The awards will be presented at a reception beginning at 4:30 p.m. to be held on Thursday, Sept. 18 at Danada House Conference Center located at 3 S. 501 Naperville Rd., Wheaton. The keynote speaker is Tom Walter, Founder and Chief Culture Officer of Tasty Catering, Elk Grove Village. Tom is a serial entrepreneur, author, speaker and a principal in numerous companies.
Sponsors for this years awards program are: First Bank & Trust, Northern Illinois University School of Business; B. Gunther & Co.; Tasty Catering, the Small Business Advocacy Council and Leaderboard Tournament Systems.
Awards will be presented in 7 categories: The honorees will also be profiled in the October 13th issue of the Daily Herald Business Ledger. This year’s honorees are:
